Margin ("we", "us", "our") is a mobile application and website operated by Joel Le. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Waitlist: When you join our waitlist at margin.win, we collect your email address. That's it.
App (when available): The Margin app stores your data locally on your device. This includes:
This data lives on your iPhone and is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use a backup or sync feature.
The app connects to TCGPlayer (via our Cloudflare proxy) to fetch card pricing data. These requests contain card search queries only — no personal information is sent.
Our waitlist page and API are hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may collect standard web traffic logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of their infrastructure. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on margin.win. There are no third-party trackers on our website.
Your waitlist email is stored until you request removal or until we complete the beta launch process. App data is stored locally on your device and persists until you delete the app or clear its data.
You can request deletion of your email from our waitlist at any time by emailing us. If you're in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
