These terms govern your use of the Margin website (margin.win) and the Margin mobile application. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Margin is a mobile app that helps TCG (trading card game) vendors price cards, manage inventory, calculate deals, and track profit at card shows. The website provides a waitlist for pre-launch access.
By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive emails from us about product updates and beta access. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
Margin displays pricing data sourced from third-party platforms including TCGPlayer and eBay. This data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information. Card values fluctuate and the prices shown in the app should be used as a reference, not as financial advice.
Your inventory, transactions, and profit data are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or software updates.

Margin may offer free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Margin, its design, code, and content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app or website without permission. Card images and product data are the property of their respective owners (TCGPlayer, Pokemon Company, Bandai, etc.).
Margin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses from pricing decisions made using our data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting the app.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state where the operator resides.
